TERMS OF DELIVERY

Echo Chamber offers creative content production services (e.g., podcast recording, editing). Delivery is defined as follows:

Digital Delivery: Completed content (audio/video files) is delivered via secure cloud storage (Google Drive/Dropbox).

Delivery Timeframe: Typically within 3–5 working days after recording, depending on selected service.

REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds are issued under the following terms:

A full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled recording.

If the service has already been delivered (e.g., recording completed), refunds are not available unless a technical issue caused by the studio is proven.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
